CARING FOR YOUR CERAMIC TREATED VEHICLE

QUICK NOTES:

  • Use only Ph Neutral, non abrasive shampoos that do not contain detergents. Approved shampoos and wash products manufactured by Royal can be purchased from your dealer.

  • Refrain from using shopping centre hand was centres. The reason is that many cars pass through daily including muddy 4wd vehicles, dusty, dirty vehicles. The sponges, chemicals and chamois cloths are not regular changed therefore the debris from the previous vehicle is being passed on to yours potentially causing scratches and unsightly swirls on your paintwork.

  • Use only quality microfibre sponges and chamois cloths – do not use cheap sponges and cloths as they are made with sub standard material and can be abrasive

  • Do not use brushes or hard bristle products on your wheels. If your wheels have been coated with our ceramic coating, the brake dust and other grime will easily come off with minimal agitation.

  • DO NOT use automatic car centres of any kind, including touches later washes. These are very hard on a vehicle with or without ceramic. The use of these car wash centres are not only bad for the vehicle but will void your warranty.

  • For vehicles with interior ceramic a simple vac and wipe over with a microfibre cloth should suffice. If there are finger marks on your interior, use two microfibre cloths. A slightly damp cloth to remove the stains and a second cloth to dry off the area. DO NOT  use any other products on your interior. Not only will it attract dust due to the oily residue but is not needed, as our ceramic will give all the protection needed.
